ADVANTAGES: Super Intelligence, telepathy, and psychokinesis

BACKGROUND: Sam Sterns was subjected to gamma radiation, and unlike the Hulk, he became a super intelligent green guy. With his new found intellect, Sterns called himself the leader and set himself up as a mastermind of his own spy group.

SMUDGE SAYS: Hats off to the Leader for choosing such a powerful foe. With his mental abilities, Leader has caused some serious trouble for the Hulk on several occasions. The Leader usually gets others to do his bidding which is a good method of operation, because he ain’t much of a scrapper.
